Our Club and Home is situated on Bribie Island and has the potential to grow to one of the biggest sporting clubs within the area. We offer age divisions for players aged 5 to 16 years old and now host girls’ teams.

Bribie Island Junior Rugby Leagues WHY
Bribie Island & Districts Junior Rugby League Club is a not-for-profit organization. We depend on donations, grants and sponsorship to help fund the uniforms, day to day running of the club, general maintenance, and improvements to ground and clubhouse facilities.
The 2021 season was without a doubt a great year. After not being able to proceed in 2020 due to Covid it was great to get everyone back on the field of play.
We have 16 teams in our club this year composing of 200 players and over 40 volunteers/ parents as volunteer coaching staff and committee.
We are proud of our club and our achievements this year and feel that we will grow and achieve more of our goals next season with the constant growing support of our community.
We have recently partnered with Redcliffe Dolphins to enable growth within the development of our coaches and players through the opportunities offered by Redcliffe.
We play in the Sunshine Coast Junior Rugby League competition and have been established since 1982.
Our players travel to play against teams as far north as Gympie and as far west as Stanley Rivers. We are amongst 13 clubs who play in the Sunshine Coast Junior Rugby League Competition.
Junior Rugby League is becoming a popular sport offering opportunity for a non-contact game available to our younger players allowing the experience and growth as a player prior to introducing Tackle.
